Field Manor offers the perfect location for events with an old Florida flair showcasing the natural beauty of Merritt Island.

Interested in hosting your event at Field Manor?  Our location on the banks of the Indian River offers a unique setting for birthdays, baby showers, celebrations of life, fundraisers, business luncheons, and more!

Rental Costs

A minimum of two hours rental time is required, but rental options extend up to six hours*.  One hour of set up as well as an hour of clean up time is included.


Hourly Rental Cost:  $250  

Damage Deposit: $250 (refundable)

Cleaning Fee: Varies by Guest Count

*Other options are available for longer events.

What's Included

All event rentals include access to 100 cross back chairs and tables.  Our pavilion measures 2,400 square feet and offers panels in case of inclement weather.  Additionally, Field Manor always includes our event coordinator service to help make your experience with us as easy as possible!

What We Require

We do not have a list of required vendors, and you are welcome to use who you'd like, as long as they are licensed and insured.  Field Manor requires event rental insurance for all functions.

Guest Count

We provide seating for up to 100 guests, and our pavilion can seat up to 140 guests comfortably.  Looking for options for higher guest counts?  We'd be happy to discuss how we can help meet your needs.
